Pork Tenderloin with Walnut Curry Stuffing

LC FAV

Pork tenderloin really is the new white meat – nearly as lean as chicken breast and equally tasty and tender, it’s a wonderful canvas to paint with new and interesting flavors.  Here, walnuts and curry combine for a savory stuffing; red currant glaze provides a glistening finish.

Roasted Pork Tenderloin with Peach Salsa

SP

Fresh peaches combined with lime juice and mint create a refreshing complement to pork tenderloin when it’s roasted with a dusting of brown sugar and spices.  We can also leave the tenderloin for you to BBQ fresh.

Argentinean Pork

LC FAV

Since pork tenderloin is already tender, we like to marinate it to impart great flavors. After marinating with parsley, cilantro and cumin, we'll roast the pork and prepare for you a tasty chimichurri sauce to top the pork when served. This dish would also be great made with chicken breasts.

Baja Pork Stir Fry

LC LF

Slices of pork tenderloin are the perfect building blocks for a stir fry and this vibrant dish, studded with colorful peppers, onions and cherry tomatoes, is spiced to be a tasty departure from Asian stir fries.

Pernil Style Pork Tenderloin

LC SP

Pernil is a brightly flavored roast pork dish from the Caribbean. We like pork tenderloin in place of the more traditional pork shoulder, as it's lighter yet still packs the same robust flavorings including garlic, cumin, oregano, vinegar and lime.

Pork Chops with Creamy Marsala Sauce

LC LW

A little cornstarch gives the sweet and salty Marsala sauce for this pork dish the kind of body it would usually take a cup of heavy cream (rather than the low-fat milk we use) to achieve. The recipe makes plenty of sauce, so you'll want to serve it with egg noodles or mashed potatoes.

Broiled Pork Chops with Sun-Dried Tomato & Chipotle Pesto

LC

When someone says “pesto’ most likely you think of basil.  Blending vibrant ingredients such as sun-dried tomatoes and chipotle peppers (these are dried jalapenos), produces an equally robust flavor.  Together with broiled pork chops, it’s a winning combination.  Please note that this dish is best left prepped for you to cook.

Pork Chops with Maple Mustard Glaze

LC FW

Maple syrup is a terrific stand-in for honey or sugar in sauces.  Here, it adds a rich, sweet note to herbed mustard sauce.  This sauce also goes nicely with chicken.

Red Wine Braised Pork Chops

LC

The slow, gentle approach of braising pork chops promises flavorful, tender chops and a rich glossy sauce. This dish takes pork chops to a whole new level.

Red Curry with Pork and Pineapple

SP

Another Thai-inspired dish, this one gets its flavor from coconut milk and red curry paste.  Dotted with snap peas, red peppers and pineapple, the colors are fabulous.

Pork and Apple Kebabs

LC LF KF FW FAV

Pork tenderloin, skewered with bite-sized pieces of apple and red onion make a delicious dinner when seasoned with a sweet tomato glaze.

Lime-Cilantro Pork Tacos

LF FAV

It’s amazing what you can stuff into a tortilla.  Pork has a great affinity for fruit flavors; the lime-cilantro combination gives it a decidedly Mexican twist.

Fig and Chile-Glazed Pork Tenderloin

LC LF FW FAV

Basmati rice and black beans go well with this spicy pork dish.  The glaze also works well with chicken thighs.

Pan Roasted Pork Loin with Leeks

LC FW

Pork tenderloin, slow roasted on a bed of leeks and white wine.

Garlic Dill Meatballs

LC KF FW

A combination of ground chicken and pork makes these meatballs very tender.  Great as an appetizer, they also work as an entrée accompanied by almost any vegetable side dish.

Pork and Chile Stew

KF FW

In this Tex-Mex-style stew, we cook potatoes until they're falling apart, which adds body to the stew. The 'chile' part comes from poblano peppers, which are tasty but mild.

Pork Tenderloin with Savory Cherry Port Sauce

LC LF FW

Pork tenderloin, gently simmered in a sauce of port and dried cherries, takes on a sweet, rich flavor.

Pork with Curried Fruit

LC FW

Dried fruit provides the accompaniment in this dish of pork tenderloin, cut into bite sized pieces and slowly braised in a seasoned broth.  Great served over egg noodles or rice.

Chile Pork Tacos with Caramelized Onions

SP FW

You won’t find these at Taco Bell!  This pork tenderloin is coated in a chile/sugar dry rub, then slowly baked to achieve maximum tenderness.  Cut into bite-sized pieces, it’s perfect in a whole wheat flour tortilla filled with caramelized onions, tomatoes and scallions.

Pork Tenderloin with Apple-Ginger Sauce

LC LF FW FAV

Apple jelly forms the basis for this piquant sauce, served over a roasted pork tenderloin.  Extra sauce makes a great marinade for tofu!

Caramel Pork

LC LF

Here we give pork an Asian twist by cooking it in a sweet and spicy sauce. Red and orange bell peppers are a wonderful contrast to the caramelized color of the pork and we'll make lots of sauce to make this dish great served over rice.

Luau Kebabs

LC KF FAV

Chunks of boneless pork, skewered between pieces of pineapple, peppers and red onions makes a great kebab when cooked under the broiler or on the grill.  A soy-inspired marinade offers additional seasoning.

Pork Tenderloin Medallions with Chinese Ginger & Lemon Sauce

LC LF FAV

A tangy combination of lemon, soy sauce, ginger and brown sugar create a fabulous sauce to accompany these sautéed tenderloins.

Pork Tenderloin Agrodolce

FW

"Agrodolce" is the Italian version of sweet and sour. We use balsamic vinegar, green olives and dried sweet cherries in a piquant sauce to build a fabulous sauce for pork tenderloin. This would also be great with chicken.

Chocolate Glazed Pork Tenderloin

LC LF FAV

Bittersweet chocolate and orange juice create a savory sauce that beautifully accompanies pork tenderloin.

Sweet and Spicy Broiled Ham Steak

FW

You can transform a humble slice of ham into a sophisticated weeknight dish with a glaze that’s got it all: sweet marmalade, hot pepper flakes, tangy vinegar and fragrant rosemary.

Mexican Black Bean Sausage Chili

FW

The exceptionally good taste of this chili comes from the sausage mixture, which we do ourselves.  We use a combination of lean ground pork and turkey for best flavor; you can ask us to omit the pork.

Vietnamese Noodle Salad with Pork Patties (Bún cha)

FAV

Bún cha, a specialty of Hanoi street vendors, is a refreshing salad made with cool, tender rice noodles and crisp lettuce topped with grilled pork patties and a generous ladling of a mildly hot sweet-and-sour sauce called nuoc cham.  It’s one of those great dishes that tastes better the second day; the patties can also be made with beef, chicken or turkey.

Warm French Lentil Salad with Smoked Sausage

FW FAV

This classic bistro salad is great as the centerpiece of a weeknight meal.  Just add a loaf of crusty bread and a tangle of lightly dressed mesclun greens for a satisfying supper.  We use traditional kielbasa, but let us know if you’d prefer the turkey version.

Hoisin Pork with Napa Cabbage

LC FW

Reminiscent of Moo Shi Pork, we use pork tenderloin (you can ask for chicken) and Napa cabbage in this delicately seasoned stir fry.  We like this served over rice.

Rum Glazed Pork Tenderloin

LC FW

We start with a glaze of brown sugar, molasses and more to build our base but the secret to this recipe is the deep, earthy flavor of dark rum.  Pork tenderloin is extremely lean, so it’s a great choice if you’re tired of chicken.
